Yes/No HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8692 OF 2009 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in allowing the respondents 2 and 3 to install Flour Mill and Oil Roatory in the house bearing D.No.24/63 and 24/63A of Pathakota, Venkatagiri, as illegal and arbitrary and

for a consequential direction to the 1st respondent not to allow the respondents 2 and 3 to install Flour Mill and Oil Roatory in the aforesaid premises.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents 2 and 3 have vacated the premises at House bearing D.No.24/63 and 24/63A of Pathakota and they are no longer doing any business there.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
