SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.2473 OF 2018 ORDER:
This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is A1, in Crime No.199 of 2016 on the file of Miryalaguda I Town Police Station, Nalgonda District. The offences alleged are under Sections 384, 370(A) IPC, Section 25(1)(B)(a) of Indian arms Act, 1959 and Section 5 of Explosives Substances Act, 1908.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The case of the prosecution is that this petitioner, along with A34, handed over a female child to one Singanna, SPO and that it amounts to offence under Section 370(4) of IPC. The public prosecutor submits that the investigation is still in progress. 4.
Hence, considering the above, this court opines that this is a not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. 5.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a petition seeking for regular bail by surrendering himself before the court below having the jurisdiction. The court below shall dispose of the bail application on merits, if any filed, expeditiously, preferably on the same day, subject to the pressure of other work.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
