There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus to declaring the action of the Respondents No.3 and 4 in interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner under the due influence of the Respondents No.5 to 7 herein without their being any case or cause against the petitioner as illegal arbitrary and also oppose to all canons of justice consequentially direct the Respondents No.3 and 4 not to interfere with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner under due influence of the Respondents No.5 to 7 herein and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 placed on record the written instructions, dated 10.12.2019, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate.

From a perusal of the said instructions, it is revealed that the allegation of the petitioner that respondents 3 and 4 visited the house of the petitioner during midnights, creating nuisance while threatening her and her daughter in filthy language is false and denied. The respondents 3 and 4 never visited the house of the petitioner nor created any nuisance.

In view of the said assertions made in the written instructions, this Court is of the opinion that there are no merits in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
