THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.6613 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 23.01.2018 passed by the fourth respondent rejecting the request of the petitioner for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds unless the petitioner proves his title and possession in respect of the lands situated in Survey No.138-1 admeasuring Acs.4.93 cents, Survey No.139-3 admeasuring 3.27 cents, Survey No.139-4 admeasuring Ac.1.38 cents and Survey No.139-5 admeasuring Ac.1.40 cents of Thuvvapadu Village, Konakanamitla Mandal, Prakasam District. A perusal of the impugned order dated 23.01.2018 shows that the Tahsildar passed the same rejecting the request of the petitioner. In such circumstances, the petitioner has an appropriate remedy by way of an appeal and the petitioner can avail that remedy.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail such remedy. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
