ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside proceedings, dated 02.06.2011, of respondent No.2, whereby he has suspended the petitioner's fair price shop authorization.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (AP) submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, respondent No.2 has set aside the impugned proceedings by imposing a fine of Rs.3,000/- on the petitioner. In the light of the above subsequent event, the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 17.06.2011, in W.P.M.P.No.19907 of 2011 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.19907 of 2011 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
