HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.18908 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner filed appeal against the order of 4th respondent in Roc.No.384/ 2015/ A(e-627928) dated 13.03.2017 as modified by order dated 08.05.2017, before 3rd respondent. The petitioner, on 07.06.2017 filed application for interim prayer. Having regard to the urgency in the matter, the instant writ petition is filed praying for expeditious consideration and disposal of the stay petition filed by the petitioner in appeal against the order of 4th respondent.

2. I have perused the material and I am satisfied the case for direction is made out.

3. The 3rd respondent is directed to take up and pass orders on the stay petition filed by the petitioner within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is given liberty to file copy of the order and seek for hearing in the stay application.

4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand dismissed.
