On 08.07.2017, the matter was settled the before Lok Adalat and an Award was passed by the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad. This appeal is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the said Award dated 08.07.2017. Annex a copy of the Award to this judgment. No costs.
