JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) These Writ Appeals arise out of separate but identical orders passed by the learned single Judge whereby he has disposed of the Writ Petitions following order dated 14-7-2014 in W.P.No.19425 of 2014. Sri M. Ravindranath Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellant, fairly submitted that the order in W.P.No.19425 of 2014 was passed following the common order dated 6-11-2012 in W.P.Nos.4978 of 2010 and 1040 of 2012 and that the said order was confirmed by a Division Bench by its order dated 4-12-2013 in W.A.No.1876 of 2013. He has also submitted that in compliance of the orders questioned in these appeals, the State Government has issued G.O.Rt.No.65 (VC) Housing Department, dated 2-8-2017 and that in view of the above mentioned orders of the learned single Judges and the Division Bench, the Writ Appeals are liable to be dismissed.

In view of the above submission, all these Writ Appeals are dismissed.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Appeals, WAMP Nos.2334, 2335, 2336, 2337, 2338, 2339, 2342, 2349 and 2350 of 2017 filed in the respective Writ Appeals for interim relief are disposed of as infructuous.
