The limited grievance of the petitioner-M/s.Radhika Rice Industries in this writ petition is, the respondent authorities are not considering the representation, dated 26.03.2019, submitted by it for giving paddy in Rabi Season 2018-19 for custom milling. Having regard to the nature of grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation alleged to have been submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
