HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 2769 of 2017 ORDER:

As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner(s) on 02.02.2023 either in the morning or in the afternoon session, the matter was listed to today under the caption "for dismissal". In spite of the matter being posted under the caption "for dismissal", even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner(s). Therefore, it appears that the petitioner(s) is/are not interested in pursuing the Writ Petition. Hence, there is no other option to this Court except to dismiss the Writ Petition (TR) for non-prosecution. Accordingly, the Writ Petition (TR) is dismissed as nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
