OFFICE NOTE 27.06.2023 ML, J I.A.No.1 of 2023 This application has been filed to relax the condition No.x imposed against the petitioners in bail order viz., "the petitioners/A1 and A2 shall report before the Station House Officer, Pet Basheerabad Police Station, Cyberabad, on every Monday between 10.30 a.m., and 12 p.m., till filing of the final report, vide order dated 31.03.2023 in Crl.P.No.2993 of 2023."

Learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the petitioners have been attending before the police station nearly for three months as per the directions of this Court dated 31.03.2023, however, no final report has been filed by the police. Further he submitted that continuously attending before the concerned police station causing trouble to the petitioners.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the nature of offence, presence of petitioners before the concerned police station is unwarranted.

Accordingly, this application is allowed and the condition No.x in Crl.P.No.2993 of 2023 imposed by this Court, dated 31.03.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Station House Officer, Pet Basheerabad Police Station, Cyberabad, as and when police requires his attendance by proper summons.
