Heard counsel for the revision petitioner and counsel for the 1st respondent/plaintiff.

Counsel on both sides state that the issue raised in this Revision Petition is covered by the order dt.27.03.2019 in CRP.No.391 of 2019.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Civil Revision Petition is also allowed; the impugned order is set aside and I.A.No.891 of 2017 in O.S.No.900 of 2001 on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad is allowed. Since the suit is of the year 2001, the said Court shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
