HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6581 of 2017 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.686 of 2013 on the file of KPHB Colony Police Station, Cyderabad. Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 15.10.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Bachupally Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionarate, wherein it is stated that the aforesaid case has been compromised before this Court in Crl.P.No.1884 of 2019.

In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
