THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.7983 of 2019 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to approach the Board of Directors seeking redressal of his grievance. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as sought for and it is needless to say, if the petitioner approaches, the Board of Directors would consider and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
