CVNR,J & TR,J A.S.No.751 of 2009 17.02.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal arises out of judgment and decree, dated 05.10.2009, in O.S.No.558 of 2006 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy.

Mr.B.S.Prasad, learned counsel for the appellants, addressed letter, dated 16.02.2017, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein, it is stated that the subject property was sold by respondent No.1 in favour of Mrs.Sonia Gala for consideration of Rs.105 lakhs under Section 29 of the State Financial Corporations Act, 1951, that the entire sale consideration was paid and that therefore, the appellants have agreed to withdraw the appeal. 3.

Today, at the hearing, Mr.A.B.Ganga Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr.B.S.Prasad, learned counsel for the appellants, has reiterated the contents of the aforementioned letter. 4.

In view of the above facts, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order, dated 16.12.2009, in A.S.M.P.No.2238 of 2009 is vacated and A.S.M.P.No.2238 of 2009 filed by the appellants for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
