There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
The prayer sought in this Writ Petition is as under: "........to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering applications of the petitioner dt.16-08-2014, 02-09-2014 and 02-09-2014 for extension of Parole period, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to extend the period of parole of the petitioner." 3.
Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents placed on record a copy of the letter dt.16-12-2019 addressed by the Superintendent, District Jail, Nizamabad to the learned Government Pleader of this Court.

From the perusal of the said letter, it is revealed that the petitioner herein was released from District Jail, Nizamabad, on 04-09-2015 and the case was set aside against the petitioner as per the orders of this Court vide Crl.A.No.777 of 2010 dt.02-09-2015. 5.
In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the Writ Petition since the petitioner was already released.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
