Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing respondent Nos.5 and 6 to produce the petitioner's son, by name Goraga Tarakeswara Rao (for short "the alleged detenu") before this Court and set him at liberty.

At the hearing, Sri Tera Rajinikanth Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of the writ petition, the alleged detenu has reached home and that, therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. __________________________ C.V.
