Shireen Sethna Baria submits that in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 12.04.2022, it is mentioned that "the petitioner is the tenant of the 6th respondent", instead of "the petitioner is not the tenant of the 6th respondent" and the same may be corrected.

Accordingly, I.A., is ordered. Registry is directed to issue a corrected copy of the order by substituting the words "the petitioner is not the tenant of the 6th respondent" in the place of "the petitioner is the tenant of the 6th respondent" in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 12.04.2022.
