HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2209 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard and perused the Lok Adalat Award dated 19.01.2013 and impugned orders of the Courts below. It must be said that since there is no specific direction by the Lok Adalat Bench to whom the property has to be returned, the Courts below were right in rejecting the request of the petitioner/ complainant. As rightly observed in Criminal Revision Petition No.17 of 2013 by learned III Additional District Judge, Bhimavaram, the petitioners shall move Lok Adalat Bench to amend the Award to give specific direction to whom the property has to be returned for implementation by the learned II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Bhimavaram.

This Criminal Petition is disposed of with the above observation. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
