THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CRI MI NAL PETI TI ON No.2031 of 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner is A.1 in Crime No.118 of 2018 on the file of the Mustabad Police Station, Rajanna Sircilla District. By way of this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., he seeks anticipatory bail. Earlier, the petitioner-A.1 filed Crl.P.No.1329 of 2019 for the very same relief but the said petition was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 14.03.2019.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that the investigation is still ongoing and could not be completed due to the fact that the petitioner-A.1 is absconding. In that view of the matter, this Court finds no changed circumstances warranting interference at this stage.
