HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.28222 OF 2008 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not resorting the petitioners drinking water connection to the tap at Raparthi Village, Pittapuram Mandal, East Godavari District, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law. The matter was admitted on 27.01.2009 and subsequently when the matter was listed on 30.12.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence the matter was directed to list on 31.12.2015 under the caption "for dismissal". Though the matter was listed today i.e., on 03.02.2016, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. ____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dated:03.02.2016.
