THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2196 of 2015 ORDER :

This Court by order dated 20.07.2015 disposed of W.P.No.21915 of 2015 directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2015 and after affording reasonable opportunity to respondents 4 and 5, to pass appropriate orders.

Alleging violation of the said directions of this Court, this contempt case is filed.

When the matter was listed on 18.08.2016 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned Standing counsel representing the Municipal Corporation produced Lr.No.5/ACP-10A/CZ/GHMC/2015 dated 23.12.2015 informing the petitioner that in compliance of the directions of this Court, the alleged shed erected on the eastern side of the petitioner's premises was removed on 22.12.2015. He also submits that the said letter was already served on the petitioner. This may be the reason why the petitioner is not showing interest in prosecuting the contempt case. 5.

Having regard to the above, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
