THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.1000 OF 2019 ORDER:

This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff seeking a direction to the learned I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, to dispose of A.S.No.7 of 2017 pending on its file, at the earliest.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. It has been contended that though the written arguments were filed one year back in the Appeal Suit, the appeal suit is not yet heard and finally determined. When the written arguments are filed, it is incumbent upon the Court to hear the case and dispose of the appeal suit expeditiously.

Under these circumstances, the learned I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, is directed to dispose of A.S.No.7 of 2017 pending on its file, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, accordingly. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
