HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7535 of 2014 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/Accused seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.52 of 2014 on the file of the V Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, which was registered against him for the offences under Sections 304-A IPC and Sec.181 of M.V.Act. 2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 07.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Chatrinaka PS, Hyderabad City and submitted that the case was ended in acquittal on 19.07.2017 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.52 of 2014 on the file of the V Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioners.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
