When the matter is taken up, an order bearing No.OC.3/1161/2016, dated 18.03.2017, passed by the Joint Director of Agriculture (FAC), Kakinada, is produced before this Court by the learned Government Pleader and the same is placed on record.

By virtue of the said order, earlier order passed by the Joint Director of Agriculture, Kakinada, has been recalled. In view of the above, nothing survives in the Writ Petition for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
