THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.9250 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A.2 to A.4 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State, and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners/A.2 to A.4 in Crime No.13 of 2015 of Chityal Police Station, Warangal District, for the offences punishable under Sections 354-D, 366, 500, 506 IPC and Section 11(v) read with Section 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail application of the petitioners/A2 to A4 was dismissed by order dated 21.02.2017 in Crl.P.No.1374 of 2017 wherein A5 and A6 were granted bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

It is also brought to the notice of this Court that charge sheet was filed and the case is committed to the Court of Session. There are specific overt acts against the petitioners/A2 to A4. There are no changed circumstances to allow this application. However, in the circumstances, the petitioners/A2 to A4 are directed to surrender before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chityal, Warangal District, within 15 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, the learned Magistrate may pass appropriate order.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is disposed of accordingly.
