Heard Smt Marella Radha, counsel for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Home).
The petitioner challenges the proceedings dated 24.07.2017 as illegal, unconstitutional and violative of principles of natural justice.
I have perused the proceedings dated 24.07.2017 and also the written instructions dated 11.10.2017 of the 4th respondent.
This Court is of the view that ends of justice are met by giving liberty to petitioner to submit representation to respondent No.2 within one (01) week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, prove the bona fides of letting out the premises to one Rama Subba Reddy, that the petitioner in no way responsible for the alleged illegal activities of her tenant and also that the petitioner will take sufficient care in preventing misuse or abuse of premises etc. The petitioner is given liberty to enclose a copy of this order along with representation.
The 2nd respondent considers and passes orders on the representation, by affording reasonable opportunity within four (04) weeks, from the date of receipt of representation.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
