HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.8610 OF 2020 ORAL ORDER:

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by Mr. Ashok Reddy Kanathala, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. S.V. Ramana, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 that against the order dated 22.02.2020 passed by respondent No.3, the petitioners have filed a revision under Section - 9 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971. The same was transferred to the Special Tribunal constituted in terms of Section - 16 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020, and the Special Tribunal has passed order dated 23.06.2021. Challenging the said order, the petitioners have filed a writ petition vide W.P. No.31877 of 2021 and the same is pending. In view of the same, Mr.

Ashok Reddy Kanathala, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that nothing survives in the present writ petition to adjudicate further including the challenge to the order dated 06.06.2020. Recording the said submission and also considering the aforesaid facts, this writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
