HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.17612 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner to stay all further proceedings as illegal and arbitrary and to stop payment to the 6th respondent in File No.G/111/2016 until final disposal of W.P.No.40227 of 2015 pending before this Court.

The petitioner has no locus standi for opposing the payment of compensation to the 6th respondent on account of death of her husband, since he is not affected or aggrieved person. Hence, I do not see any reason to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
