By way of this criminal petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., A.6 in P.R.C.No.43 of 2018 on the file of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, arising out of Crime No.228 of 2016 on the file of Hussainialam Police Station, Hyderabad, registered under Sections 147, 148, 302, 120B and 212 IPC read with Section 149 IPC and Section 27(3) of the Arms Act, 1959, seeks grant of anticipatory bail. Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioner-A.6 earlier filed Crl.P.No.832 of 2019 before this Court for the very same relief and it was dismissed by order 29.02.2019.
