This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 206 of 2012 on the file of Miryalaguda Police Station, Nalgonda District. Learned Public Prosecutor has pointed out that after completing the investigation, the police have filed a final report referring the case as 'civil in nature'. In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication. Accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
