THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.17168 OF 2014 ORDER:

The petitioner seeks writ of mandamus directing the respondents to conduct survey and fix boundaries to the petitioner's land admeasuring 10 acres in Survey No.124, situated at Gachibowli Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as per the Rules by taking the help of police. 2.

Petitioner's case is that he got the aforesaid property through a Will Deed, dated 06.04.2004, executed by his mother and since then he has been in possession and enjoyment of the said land. He intends to develop the said land, for which he required specific boundaries and measurements, he applied for survey of the said land through A.P.Online vide receipt No.0012498, dated 09.06.2014, by paying requisite fee of Rs.285/-. He took the assistance of 5th respondent on 17.06.2014 to the site, but he could not enter into the land as some anti social elements threatened from entering into the land. Hence, the Writ Petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, who takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 5, did not choose to file counter so far.

Having regard to the facts in the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents either to conduct survey or to furnish valid reasons for not conducting survey, and provide report to the petitioner by way of written

communication, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
