This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 21.9.2016 in I.A. No.373 of 2014 in O.S. No.740 of 2005 on the file of the Court of Additional Judge-cum-6th Senior Civil Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of revision petition has become infructuous. The same is recorded.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
