This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. aggrieved by the order passed in I.A.No.193 of 2008 in U/Regd. C.M.A.No.Nil of 2008, dated 16.12.2008 on the file of the District Judge, Adilabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the civil revision petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
