The petitioners are permitted to withdraw the same. The petitioners are entitled to work out remedies available to them under law.

With these observations, I.A.No. 2 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
