THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.2633 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings initiated against the petitioners/A-1 to A-5 in Crime No.472 of 2015 of Pahadisharief Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 427 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/accused and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, since the offences alleged against the petitioners punishable under Sections 447 and 427 IPC, are bailable in nature, the petitioners/accused are directed to appear before the investigating officer on or before 1803-2016 and on such appearance, the petitioners/accused shall execute a personal bond for Rs.1,000/- each (Rupees one thousand only) with one surety each to the satisfaction of the investigating officer, for their future appearance for the purpose of investigation as and when required by the investigating agency. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
