THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1102 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case was filed alleging non-implementation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.13161 of 2015 dated 30.04.2015 while issuing notice before admission. In the said writ petition, W.V.M.P.No.2239 of 2015 was disposed of holding that the petitioner was continuing in an unaided vacancy as on the date of superannuation and she retired from service after attaining the age of superannuation of 58 years. Since no decision was taken either by the Government or by the management of institution and it involves the policy matter, it cannot be held that the order of this Court is violated.
