This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the 4th respondent in disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 06-07-2016 submitted for online mutation of his name in web land records being maintained by the respondents connected to the agricultural land measuring Ac.06-87 cents in Survey No.375 situated in Makkinavarigudem Revenue Village in T.Narasapuram Mandal of West Godavari District, as illegal and irregular.

It is the case of the petitioner that he was already granted pattadar passbook and title deeds.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions stating that the subject land is a government land.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner dated 06-07-2016, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition,

miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
