THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.31519 OF 2017 O R D E R:

The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 and 3 for not completing the investigation in F.I.R.No.355 of 2017 pending with the 3rd respondent police station within a specified time.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the investigation is in the fag end and necessary steps would be taken within a period of four weeks. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-police to complete the investigation of the case of the petitioner and take necessary steps to file the final report within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No order as to costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
