This civil revision petition arises out of order dated 08-12-2016 in I.A.No. 675 of 2016 in O.S.No. 47 of 2011 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chodavaram.

At the hearing, Sri K.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the civil revision petition is filed against an interlocutory order pending the suit which itself was disposed of on 06-02-2017 and that, therefore, the cause in this revision does not survive for adjudication. 3.

In view of the above, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.
