THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.11283 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorari and quash the award dated 18.8.2003 in I.D. No. 256 of 2003 on the file of the Labour Court, Anantapur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that in pursuance of the award dated 18.8.2003 the second respondent was reinstated into service on 28.6.2004. He further submitted the petitioner expired on 17.11.2006. The learned counsel for both the parties, in one voice, submitted that in view of the death of the second respondent no cause of action survives in this writ petition.
