THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION NO.40501 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the letter, dated 12-06-2015, issued by the 3rd respondent (freezing the account of the petitioner) without any notice as illegal and arbitrary and consequently set aside the said order and further direct the 3rd respondent to allow the petitioner to operate his bank account Number as usual.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is accorded.
