This petition is filed seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in relation to Crime No.309 of 2017 on the file of Vempalli Police Station, YSR Kadapa District. The offences alleged are under Sections 406, 409, 420, 465, 468 and 472 of IPC. 2.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

This petition is filed by the petitioner, who does not figure as accused. There is absolutely no foundation laid for the apprehension of the petitioner, that he would be arrested. The public prosecutor also submits that the petitioner is not shown as accused.
