Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Respondents.

Petitioner claims to have acquired land to an extent of Ac.5-11 guntas in Sy.No.184 situated at Peddavoora village and mandal, Nalgonda district from his adopted mother through a registered gift settlement deed dated 3.12.2010. The petitioner has made application to the revenue authorities on 22.5.2017 through AP Online for mutating his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbook in his favour. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondent authorities, the present writ petition is filed. 3.
The acknowledgement of filing application through AP Online is filed as material paper to the writ petition. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar to examine the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, as per law, by assigning due reasons, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
