When the matter was called on 20.2.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
