No representation for the petitioner in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon much less any accommodation is sought for. Mr.Seshadri, counsel for 3rd respondent, submits that the seigniorage fee apportioned to Mandal Praja Parishad was released and according to him, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.
