Heard Sri Raja Gopallavan Tayi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt.V.Dyumani, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing notice of sale of immovable property under Form No.8 in E.P.No.902/2014-B, dated 09-01-2015, is illegal, arbitrary

and consequently set aside the said sale notice.

3. Since the matter is pending before the A.P. Cooperative Tribunal at Hyderabad, the writ petition is not maintainable before this Court. The ground urged that the Advocates are boycotting the courts does not enable this court to entertain the writ petition.

4. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to pursue the matter before the A.P. Cooperative Tribunal, Hyderabad. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
