Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Respondents.

Petitioners claims to have made a representation to the respondents on 29.5.2018, requesting to enter the details of their properties in the web register and to issue digital passbooks in their favour. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents, the present writ petition is filed. 3.

Since the representation made by the petitioners is pending consideration before the respondent authorities, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent-Tahsildar to examine the claim of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, as per law, by assigning due reasons, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
