THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION NO.23848 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to quash the proceedings in Crime Nol102 of 2017 on the file of Dharmapuri Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under sections 290, 323 r/w 34 IPC, Section 3(1)®(s) of SC & ST (POA) Act.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) submits that entire investigation is completed and charge-sheet is filed before the Magistrate having jurisdiction over the area and the same is awaiting P.R.C. number.

Learned counsel for the petitioners conceded for the same and requested this Court to grant liberty to challenge the chargesheet, if any filed. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, granting liberty to the petitioners to renew their requests at appropriate stage. In the result, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
