ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare notice, vide Lr.No.1002/ACP/C10/GHMC/2015, dated 29.10.2015, issued by respondent No.4 as illegal and arbitrary.
On 05.11.2015, the case was adjourned to today as no one appeared for the petitioner. Even today when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his cause in this Writ Petition.
